Learn how to use the power of your breathing, your mind and simple movements to enhance and balance the flow of energy in your body. Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Eastern practice which promotes holistic healing. It has been simplified and made available for modern times! With easy, gentle Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) movements, you can balance your personal energy, reduce stress, relieve physical and emotional pain, heal faster, and enjoy better mental focus, strength and vitality.

In this Level One workshop you will learn the history and general principles of qigong, how energy blockages affect your health, gentle healing movements to balance your energy flow, and keys to successful healing.  Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.  Attendees present for entire workshop receive a SFQ Level One certificate of completion.

Optional:  SFQ Fundamentals Package (learning materials valued at $97) available from instructor for $81.00.  Includes: Level One instruction manual, DVD of healing movements, and sitting meditation CD to aid your understanding and practice of SFQ.
